If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@alizetifine.com. Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, if you know that change needs to be made reach out asap!

For custom and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day.

If you have an account: First, log into your Alizeti Fine account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?: That’s ok! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".

Our pieces are made to last forever. Created with 14k gold, which will not oxidize or discolor, so you can wear your jewelry every day, everywhere. We work with recycled gold to reduce our environmental impact, and conduct due diligence to ensure that the gold is certified recycled content from scrap or post-consumer sources

Natural Diamonds and Precious Gemstones 

Our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced from suppliers who follow conflict-free and socially responsible practices.

We recommend polishing your piece to keep it looking shiny and new, gently rub the surface of your jewelry with the polishing cloth. 

It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working. The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Be sure to always wash your hands after use. 

Keep out of the reach of children.

We offer free ring sizers that accurately measures full, half, and quarter sizes. 

When it comes to finding your ring size, timing is everything. Measure in the morning when your body is cool - so that swelling won't affect the measurement.

This might seem obvious, but make sure to measure the finger you plan to wear the ring on.

A tip to remember: a wider band means a tighter fit. Consider a bit of wiggle room if you're going bold.

Large knuckles can make sizing tricky. Find a size that allows you to slip the ring over your knuckles but isn't loose enough to fall off!

At this time we only ship in the United States. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

A signature is required for each Alizeti Fine delivery. 

Shipping is free for all Alizeti Fine products unless specifically noted on item. 

Items are usually sent within 5 business days from the date ordered. Please note that in-stock, engraved pieces usually ship within 7 business days from the purchase date (unless specified.)

Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page.

In Stock: We got it and it’s ready for you! Shipping timelines are usually within 5 business days from the date ordered. Please note that in-stock engraved pieces usually ship within 7 business days from the purchase date (unless specified.)

Shipping Later: Think ”pre-order” which means, we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order (custom pieces and engravings): Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. The estimated shipping date is on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These are items engraved and custom pieces.

Every Alizeti Fine shipment requires a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Note: If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email hello@alizetifine.com within 7 business days of the delivered date. Any items reported as lost past this period or lost due to waiving of signature will be denied for replacement or refund.

All items are insured from the time the leave us, up until the time it is delivered to you!
